Butter Garlic Mushrooms 🍄
These delectable garlic mushrooms are served in butter and herb sauce, just like you’d get at a steakhouse! The perfect 10 minute side dish that goes with almost any meal. PREP TIME - 20mins
INGREDIENTS-
400gms whole button mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper(or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar (optional)
1/4 tsp red chilly sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
NOTES-
Do not boil your mushrooms.
You can skip balsamic vinegar and add soya sauce instead.
If you have fresh thyme and parsley add those while stirring the mushrooms.
I like to add a little red chilly sauce for a spicy flavour you can completely avoid that.
PROCESS-
Clean your mushrooms by wiping them with a clean cloth. Do not over rub them just lightly.
Take water in a container and boil it.
When water is hot pour all the mushrooms in that for 1 min and take them out.
Take a pan and add butter. After it melts add onions and garlic and fry them till golden and brown.
After that add in salt, pepper, thyme and red chilly sauce.
Mix it well and add mushrooms. Stir them once and turn over the top of the mushrooms to the bottom of pan like this.

Let them cook for 2 mins. After two mins add balsamic vinegar and give it a mix.
Taste and adjust the salt and sauces.
Serve it with your main course.
Enjoy this easy 20 mins recipe with very few ingredients.❤️
