Cookies and Cream Icecream🍦🍨

Amazingly, this creamy Cookies and Cream Ice Cream is eggless. It’s wonderfully easy, uses just a handful of ingredients, and comes out tasting fabulous. Every time i eat this icecream wonderful flashbacks go through my mind and i wondered how its made! Finally i found a perfect recipe.🥰

Servings - 8 people INGREDIENTS-

Whipping cream - 1 cup (Sunrise pure gold)

Milk - 1 cup

Milkmaid - 1/4 cup

Milk powder - 1/4 cup

Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp

Oreo biscuits - 3 packets (30 biscuits approx- crushed without its cream)


NOTES-

  1. For whipping the cream always store it in freezer and take it out two hours before whipping it.

  2. If you want a mousse just store it in freezer for maximum 2 hours.

  3. It is important that no air is left inside otherwise your icecream will be icy in texture.

  4. You can use any cream biscuit for desired flavour. Also you can increase the quantity of biscuits and add chocochips too.

  5. Do no add hot milk in the whipping cream mixture. Use normal temperature milk or cold milk.

  6. This whipping cream has added sugar so do not add more sugar or else it will be too sweet.


PROCESS-

  • Separate cream from oreo biscuits. Now crush them into powder.

  • Take whipping cream in a bowl and whip until stiff peaks. Start with a slow speed and gradually increase the speed.

  • Now add milk and beat it again. After sometime add milkmaid and milk powder. Beat it well.

  • Add your crushed oreo biscuits and beat well and mix it well with a spatula.



  • Next step is to refrigerate it in airtight container overnight. You can also pour it a bowl and cover it with cling wrap by pressing it to your icecream mix and leaving no air inside or else your icecream will be icy.

  • Take it out the next day and leave it in room temperature for 5-10 mins. Scoop it and serve🤗
