Peanut Kachumber Salad🥙

This is a very simple and a basic salad that anyone can make. I made it because i wanted to eat something different and healthy. I like to use this for masala papad.



  1. Cucumber - 1/4 cup finely chopped (1 large cucumber)

  2. Onions - 1/4 cup ( 1 large onion)

  3. Tomato - 1/4 cup (1 big tomato or 2 tomatoes)

  4. Roasted peanuts - 1/8 cup crushed (around 2-3 spoons)

  5. Salt to taste

  6. Chaat masala - 1 Tsp

  7. Lemon juice - 1 full lemon

  8. Green chilly - 1 finely chopped



Take a mixing bowl. Finely chop all your veggies. Crush your peanuts. Mix all the vegetables and add lemon juice, salt and chaat masala. Mix it well. Finally add crushed roasted peanuts and mix everything well. Serve it immediately.

In this salad you can add finely chopped carrots, beet root and pomegranates too. This salad can be made on a daily basis and quantities can be adjusted accordingly.
