Strawberry Cream Cups🍓

A modern take on the classic combination of strawberry and cream.

A very simple, quick and delicious recipe, so versatile that it can be eaten as a midnight snack or served as dessert for dinner.

INGREDIENTS-

For 6 mini shot glasses

  1. Strawberry purée - 1/4 cup

  2. Fresh cream - 1/2 cup (can be substituted with whipping cream)

  3. Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup

  4. Crushed biscuits (marie gold) - 6 biscuits

  5. Chopped strawberries - 1/4 cup

  6. Chocolate sauce for garnishing

PROCESS-

Use the thick part of the fresh cream. The best way to get thick part is to leave the pack open overnight and throw out the water part.

In a large mixing bowl take fresh cream and beat it using a beater.

It will come close to whipped cream consistency. Now add powdered sugar and beat again. Grind strawberries in a grinder to make the purée. Add this purée to the cream.

Now beat this again at a low speed.

If using whipping cream just fold the purée using a spatula.

To assemble-

You may assemble the elements in the order you like. This is how i did it.

Chop the strawberries.

Grind biscuits to a powder.

Now, take a glass or a cup.

First add chopped strawberries, then crushed biscuits. Next step is to add the strawberry cream and finally top it with chocolate sauce and design swirls.

Finally your strawberry cream cup is ready🤩
