Tiramisu🤩
Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of cream, sugar and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. A simple no bake dessert! One of my favourites🤩

PROCESS-
To make lady finger biscuit -
The first step is to cream the butter and sugar together until its nice and fluffy.
Now add milk and vanilla essence. Whisk them well.
Add all purpose flour/ Maida to this. Fold the batter to get a thick consistency.
Take a piping bag and fill this batter in it.
Pipe it into cylindrical shape in a tray.
Bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 15-20 mins or until brown.
For the mascarpone cream-
Take 200gms mascarpone cheese and whisk it to make it smooth. Do not over beat it.
Add powdered sugar and whisk again. Over beating may lead to curdling of cheese.
Now take whipping cream in a mixing bowl and beat it till stiff peaks.
Add vanilla essence and the mascarpone sugar mixture. Fold it well. Do not overmix.
Coffee-
Take 1/2 cup water and bring it to boil. Add 2 tsp coffee powder. Mix and keep it aside.
To assemble the tiramisu-
Layer your serving dish with a very thin layer of mascarpone cream.
Dip lady finger biscuits into coffee. Place them in this arrangement. After arranging pour two spoons of coffee on top evenly.
Now spread half of the cream on top evenly. Reserve some to pipe it on top.
Now pipe small rounds on the whole dish.
Dust it with cocoa parad powder evenly.
Refrigerate it for 4 hours or more.
