ELEMENTS-

NOTES-
If your yeast mixture doesn’t froth try it again. It maybe old or expired.
It is important that you knead the dough well.
Forking the rolled dough is important otherwise it will fluff up.
You can also use normal amul cheese cubes but it won’t give you the stretching cheese feeling.
You can make this pizza in tandoor also.
Make sure to grease the plate before putting the rolled dough on that. It might stick when you take it out.
If you want a thick base- Place parchment paper on the steel plate and roll the dough a little thick and place it on the plate. Fork it and cover it and let it rest for 40-45 mins.

After kneading the dough tuck it from all sides and make a round ball.
Now in a bowl put the dough and put some olive oil on that. You can use a brush also.
Cover this with a damp cloth and keep it in a warm place and let it rest for 1.5-2 hours until it is double the size. Do not over rest it otherwise it will become wet and sticky.
Now knock out all the air from it and knead it again for 5 mins.
